It's crazy how the thought of tasting something can overwhelm you so much that you can't stop thinking about it. The power of food, right? I think I heard somewhere once that a lot of our cravings are just impulses. And, if you think about something that you're craving for more than 3 minutes, then it's a real craving. Otherwise, most of the time our “cravings” are fleeting and
